12-axis ride comfort evaluation system which conforms to ISO-2631-1 measures and evaluates the ride comfort which was judged by human sense objectively.

6-axis sheet pickup which is the first in the world and 2-sets of 3-axis sheet pickup measure the vibration of seat,backrest and feet position, and calculate each translational vibration of frequency compensated, rotational vibration of frequency compensated, waveform, rms, compensated acceleration rms and total synthesized value. The vague ride comfort can be compared and verified.

■Application

Field evaluation of ride comfort is possible on the spot with setting the full system in the car. Actual waveform simulation test is possible with the obtained waveform data as reference waveform on 6-DOF vibration test system.
